• If a session never starts, its credit is returned to your account automatically
• If a session is cut short by a technical failure on our side (a lost connection, or a report we are unable to generate), its credit is returned to your account automatically
• Credits are not returned for sessions you complete, or for sessions you end or abandon after they have started
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
