RealInterview AI is an AI-powered platform that provides mock interview practice sessions. Our Service includes:

• AI-powered mock interviews for various roles and industries
• Real-time feedback and performance analysis
• Voice and text-based interview modes
• Detailed performance reports and improvement suggestions
• Interview history and progress tracking

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to access interview sessions
• Purchases of credits are non-refundable
• Credits you buy in a pack stay in your account until you use them
• Credits included with a monthly plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over
• If a session never starts, its credit is returned to your account automatically
• If a session is cut short by a technical failure on our side (a lost connection, or a report we are unable to generate), its credit is returned to your account automatically
• Credits are not returned for sessions you complete, or for sessions you end or abandon after they have started
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealInterview AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Analytics and Usage Data

Once you are signed in, using the Service means you agree that we collect first-party product-analytics data about how you use it — which pages and features you use, and errors you encounter — tied to a random id in your browser and, while you are signed in, to your account. This is separate from the interview content the Privacy Policy’s data-collection sections describe, and it is stated in full — including exactly what is and is not collected — in Product Analytics.

You can turn this off at any time, whether or not you have an account yet: from the notice shown on our public pages before you sign in, or from Settings → Security → Usage analytics once you do. Turning it off does not stop the records we need to run and bill the Service, such as that an interview happened or a payment succeeded — those are operational records, not behavioural tracking, and this clause does not cover them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Interview feedback is AI-generated and should not be considered professional career advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealInterview AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
